HULK: Over by the former lock keeper's cottage at Topsham Lock lies the hulk of the Nancy gradually disintegrating as it is battered by the elements.
It is interesting to recall that the Nancy was once a proud little ship plying between Topsham and Goole on the Humber with cargoes of coal and fertiliser.
